These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cowra Golf Club website and the booking of tee times through it. By using this website or booking a tee time, you agree to these terms — please read them carefully.

• When you book online you are submitting a request for a tee time. We hold your slot for a short period while you confirm it by email, and all bookings are subject to confirmation by Cowra Golf Club.
• All prices shown are estimates in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is made at the Pro Shop on arrival — no payment is taken online.
• Member, Junior and Reciprocal rates require a valid membership or ID card to be shown at the clubhouse. Without it, the visitor rate applies.
• Please arrive at the Pro Shop a little before your tee time.
• You can cancel using the link in your confirmation email, or by calling the Pro Shop on (02) 6342 1211.
• We may occasionally need to change or cancel tee times — for example due to weather, course conditions, maintenance or competitions — and will contact you if we do.

All players must observe the club’s dress code, course etiquette and the reasonable directions of club staff. We may refuse or cancel a booking, or ask a player to leave, where conduct, safety or course conditions require it.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking or contacting us, and not to misuse the website or use it for any unlawful purpose. The content of this website is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Golf is played at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Cowra Golf Club is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from your use of the course, facilities or this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available in the site footer.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date shown above.
